What we collect

When you ask us to notify you about our launch we collect:

• Your email address
• The timestamp of your sign-up
• A record of the consent text you agreed to

Legal basis

We rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK & EU GDPR. You give that consent when you tick the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of past processing.

Why we use it

Solely to email you when This business launches. We don't share your email with third parties or use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until we send our launch announcement, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. After launch we'll either delete your email or, if you opt in to ongoing updates, only keep it on that basis.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have it corrected if it's wrong
• Have it erased ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO)
